A core value of the Vensus Group is the Social Contribution and Responsibility of the organisation and all staff members within. In addition to our environmental obligations for recycling and the reduction of unnecessary resource consumption, we believe that our obligations extend beyond simply taking less but to giving more. Each consultant joining the Vensus Group signs up to a charter declaring their commitment to undertaking 'Pro bono' assignments as part of their role and to ensuring that at all times their portfolio of assignments include live 'Pro bono' Search & Selection, Consulting or Project Management activities. The 'Pro bono' activities of each consultant are conducted in the same manner and professionalism as a commercial assignment, with the progress and deliverables measured using the same KPIs.
